Kanix Cane was mentioned for the first time in early 2005 and short after followed up with the first track called ‘Shockwave (original mix)’, which got great response from the audience.During 2006 Kanix Cane was asked to produce & perform the anthem for ‘Sweden Trance Festival’ (equivalence to Trance Energy in size and artists). Later on Andreas Viklund joined the project and they were supposed to open the festival together. But unfortunately the festival was cancelled due to problems with the authorities. In early 2007 Kanix Cane was asked to make a remix of ‘Jacob Czitrom & Sjoberg feat. Albin Glad - Imagine You & Me’. A great opportunity which was accepted. It was released on 14th of February 2007 as a part of the single with the same name.Kanix Cane is now working on new material for the big dance floors, so stay updated!
Lars Andersson aka Kanix Cane has been doing music for several years now, starting with electronic dance music in 1999. Although it was not until 2001 he started produce regular. He improved slowly, because of the hard processes in the music making (Cubase VST 24 as DAW, and other stand-alone programs which needed to export the sound into wav, which then had to be imported into Cubase. That means no VSTi’s at all). In 2003 after several changes of artist names, such as DJ Techni-KL and DJ Octagon, XposEx was founded and this name was kept for 2 years. The XposEx project was put to rest and a brand new artist name was brought into the light… Kanix Cane to be continued…
