Right now I live in the Kensignton neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. I work at Graffiti in the East Village(Graffitinyc.com) My home town however is Millbury, MA.
I graduated 2007 from Blackstone Valley Tech, Culinary Arts. I am currently studying at the Culinary Institute of America for my Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. I graduate in 2009 and then I plan on going to Europe to study wine.
