About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorBorn in 1979 in Reading, Berks (home of the mighty Royals) where legends such as Ricky Gervais, Stuart Price aka Les Rhythms Digitals and latest Maddona producer....oh...and unfortunately that twat kenneth branagh. I love my UK hipperty hop and Nu Skool Breaks. Detest anything with a four beat and anyone who listens to garage music (commonly know as gay-rage). Although I don't mind the grime. Been playing the piano and making music in my sleep for over 15 years now. I remember Christmas day 1991 very well; that was when my folks got me what I had always wanted.......an Atari 1040 STE with Cubase version 2. Back then, that was the shnizz. No bloody Windows OS to confuse you, no drivers to conflict....no latency in MIDI....but then again no audio either....but who cares when your 11. Started getting more serious during the long hot summer of 1997. Drum n Bass all the way....lived with a DJ for a while and started making our own stuff....love the Amen, but just a bit to intense for me. Then someone played me some Plump DJs in 2001 and have never looked back on the breaks since. Just like to say that Fabric is the best club in Europe. Started DJing the breaks in 2003 and then moved onto scratching in 2005. Met a rapper, called Dappa from South London in 2005. 2006 looks like it's gonna be more of a hip hop project what with Sway Desafo paving the way for the UK. I feel very much a product of the 1980's....but in a good way. I aspire to run my own company soon and eventually becoming a very successful record producer.

Influences: Anything that caused an emotive feeling within me when I listened to it. Doesn't matter about the quality of production but it's got to have feeling......feeling goes a very long way. No four on the floor, so that rules out most of House, Trance, Gabba (what the fuks that about) although I must admit that "The Weekend" by Micheal Gray is probably the best House trax ever written....but that still doesn't come anywhere near anything within the break beat arena. Herbie Hanncok is the ultimate Dogg.
