Hello Everyone!I am Walter Raleigh Higgs, III, a native of both Robersonville and Greenville, North Carolina! I am the only son of Barbara Keel and Walter Raleigh Higgs, Jr., and the only brother of Sowanda Machelle and Latarsha Evette (my twin sister). Yes, I said it, I am a twin!Born under the sign Capricorn, my birthday is January 12. I am definately an educated brother!I received dual bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Business from the ELITE North Carolina Central University, and received triple master degrees from the Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center and Morehouse School of Medicine (Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Church Music, Master of Public Health).
