Orchard Studio was built on an apple farm in an old barn outside of Brampton in 1980 (the year I was born) by Dave Ferri (my dad). Orchard was a fully operational professional analogue/tape recording studio for over 20 years. During the "classic" years Dave & Orchard welcomed some amazing canadian artists including: Stompin' Tom Conners, Jane Sibbery, Moist, The Waltons, The Barstool Prophits, Damhnait Doyle, Mrs. Torrance, hHead and many more. Orchard is now a fully digital audio/video studio run by both Dave and his son Adam (me). I record to Nuendo at 88.2 khz using a 24/i/o fully automated digital Tascam console, the studio room is very large and acoustically treated in a comfortably relaxing environment.
