MC Cyanide started his career at the young age of 15, he spent many a weekend helping to organise raves , ending up getting arressted, which put a stop to that, at the age of 16 his big chance came, picture the scene, a warehouse in Long Lane Aintree Liverpool, 1500 ravers and a mic with no MC, the mic was picked up, and not put down tell the last person left, at 6 in the morning,
In 1991 his career started. he went into Groover records , and was asked by Dave Graham and Philly to MC at the famous Pleasure Drome in Birkenhead, where after his first night was asked if he wanted to be a resident, , this leading him to MC all over the country and abroad. He worked with Dj's Carl Cox, Moby, Joey Beltram, West Bam, Brisk, Sy, Slipmatt, Gayle San, SS, Phantasy, Stu Allen, Jeff Mills, Mark eg, Mickey Finn, Grooverider and many other class Dj's from all over the world. He performed at events including Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, Club Kenetic and many of the top nightclubs in the world.
In 1996 he was voted best MC by the public and promoters in M8 magazine. Mc Cyanide still appears all over the uk, and is involved in promoting events in his home town of Liverpool. Cyanide has held two amazing nights at Jaxx, were 1000 people joined him and drome residents with scotlands Mallorca lee and Manchesters Stu Allen in what was one of the most talked about events to be held in Liverpool, Cyanide latest adventures see him teaming up with Jaksaw one of the uk leading electro producers and being featured on tracks.
Cyanides style is totaly different from other mc s. he can work a crowd and also deliver raps in his own unique style, this is what made him stand out from the other mc s, his voice has been sampled and also used to promote club and events were he has performed.
