Formed by guitarist John Grant and percussionist Victor Williams, True Spirit is here to put the Jazz back into smooth jazz. Preferring to call it "groove jazz", True Spirit's recipe starts with infectious grooves, then adds great melodies and chord changes, topping it all off with top notch musicianship and solos that make you want to hit rewind. Joining Grant and Williams are guest musicians Dennis Chambers, bassist Gary Grainger, keyboardist Gregg Karukas and platinum selling saxophonist Najee'.
