An established engineer or producer, that realizes the importance of a talented assistant engineer. I understand the importance of studying your craft under a qualified master and what that will do for skills in the future. Some young engineers forget this. New artists or producers looking for a young dedicated engineer to help them get started. Artists that understand the reason for having a good engineer and not thinking they can do it themselves. Lets make music together.
