THE TOUR DOWN UNDER...
now entering its ninth year, is an internationally renowned annual cycling race attracting leading professional European teams. The 700 odd-kilometre race will have six stages and is run in January each year.In February 2006 it received Australian Sports Tourism Award of the year.
15th - 18th February 2007 - GOLF: JACOBS CREEK OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP - Venue Kooyonga Golf Club
Presented by Tuohy Associates and South Australian Golf Association. Adelaides only major professional golf tournament, The Jacobs Creek Open Championship is the first and only Australian Golf Tournament that has been co-sanctioned by the USPGAs Nationwide Tour. The Jacobs Creek Open Championship attracts a quality field of 156 players comprising of 78 USPGA Tour, 73 PGA Tour of Australasia and 5 special invitees. The tournament is contested at the Kooyonga Golf Club in Adelaide from February 15 - 18, 2007. The Club is highly regarded in world golf terms with a world ranking of 88 and an Australian ranking of 3.

is considered the nation's best outdoor music event and next year it will celebrate its 11th anniversary in the city's stunning Botanic Park. Australia's only WOMAD (World of Music, Arts and Dance) festival, it will feature more than 40 amazing bands from across the globe, performing on seven stages, plus a workshop program, kids area, global village with unique crafts and food stalls and the WoZone Club.
