What do you want to know? I am an open book. Except when I am not. Whats important to me? Hmmmm... Let me get back to you on that when I have worked up a thesis statment.
Okay so I did some thinking and its hard for me to define myself. I tend to think of myself as an open book but my own mother tells me that is not the case. My own mother told me that at times I can be very inscrutable (at least I think that is the word she used). Those who know me best know that I can be goofy, klutzy, and ramble on and on about nothing.
So this is what I am about right now. I am a 24 year old college student who is trying to get her stuff together. I took some time to figure stuff out and maybe according to some people's plans I am behind but I think I am exactly where I need to be. The experiences I had coming out of high school and trying to figure out exactly what I wanted out of life weren't always pleasant but they helped make me who am I today and I don't think that it is completely bad.
I am not always as sure of myself as I would like to be but I think that is true of most people. I have some really great friends who stick by me even when I forget to return phone calls and emails. I am not as open with others as I would like to be and I don't like sharing things that feel deeply personal unless I have a certain connection with a person; sometimes I feel it instantaneously and other times I have to feel that person out.
Okay so I am rambling again and I havent said anything definitive so give me a few more days and I swear I will make up an outline or something...something that is succinct and to the point about who I am.
