About Me

I was born in Birmingham England, and studied Saxophone, flute and clarinet at the Leeds College of Music and Guildhall School in London. Since that time I have been a freelance working musician and teacher covering all styles including dancing and singing as a Flinstone, one of the Andrews Sisters, a cheerleader and many more too embarrassing to mention. One of the biggest live audiences I had the pleasure of playing to was at the Virgin Music Festival in 2000 where I played to an audience of 55,000. I am also proud to proclaim that I supported Mr. Blobby when the huge pink inarticulate marshmallow was at the height of his fame. This was in front of a screaming audience of 35,000 fans on Morecambe seafront and arguably the peak of my freelance career (only joking) . I never did quite work out what they were screaming at.However, despite all this I have always been a jazz player at heart I and I have returned to focus on this presently working on a project with Bruce Boardman (see my friends) which will be uploaded for your edification as soon as we finish recording it. In fact I will upload excerpts and snippets as we work on it as I like to share. In the meantime however, please enjoy these tracks.
