Our organization consists of people ( ParrotHeads ) who flock to enjoy the literary works and musical styling of Jimmy Buffett and the tropical lifestyle he personifies.
Our primary purpose is to perform charity fund-raising and community service work in and around the Dubuque area and have fun while doing so. In other words, to "party with a purpose" in an effort to make our community just a little better than we found it. We'd like you to join us !
