It appreciates different forms of art for having value in and of itself – that arts lets you express yourself and be who you are.

ArtReach Toronto is looking for a creative youth to help us find a name for our Youth
Capacity Building Workshop Series Certificate program.
The workshop series is a collection of free workshops open to any youth in Toronto and
organized by a working group made up of youth organizations and
funders. Workshops are offered in the evenings and address various topics such as grant
writing, models of youth work, financial management, art-based evaluation and much more.
Youth who attend 5 or more workshops in the series get a certificate acknowledging their
learnings (www.artreachtoronto.ca). This is where you come in!
We are asking you to come up with a name for our certificate program. This name should
be creative and original. This contest is open to any youth (ages 13 to 29) in Toronto.
All entries MUST be made by Friday October 10th, 2008 at 5:00pm. The winner will be
awarded $200.
To enter please send your name, age, contact information, address, phone number and name
suggestions to
[email protected] by Friday October 10, 2008. More than one name
idea can be submitted by each contestant.
Please note: Every entry will be acknowledged. Only the winner will be notified of the
outcome by Friday October 17, 2008.
