Jimmy Hudson was educated at the Atlanta Institute of music and was fortunate enough to have been Shawn Lane's close friend, student, and guitar tech for almost nine years. He also had the fortune to study under Jimmy Herring, Barry Richman, Carl Cullpepper, Sid Wolf, Bill Hart, Joe Gambale, Chuck Hughes, Buddy Church, the late Dr Gene Mason, Steve Freeman, and many others. He has played professionally since he was 14 years old starting out playing with Ben Cauley of the Barkays. He has played all over the south, the northeast, the midwest, Europe, and the west coast with many bands and venues including the likes of the Barkays, ABB, Black Oak Arkansas, Price of Blues, Shawn Lane, Eddie Smith, Buddy Church, Jeff Sipe, Roxanne Lemon, and many more. Jimmy is currently working with Roxanne Lemon on a new music video and upcoming tour dates, The Jimmy Hudson Band, Carissa Dawn, Kathryn Bast and Side Saddle, Jim Dandy (Black Oak), and always doing session work! Some of Jimmy's recent session accomplishments is Resolute games. He is on the music team for a video game company that has released their newest game thumbstruck for the I phone, with five other games coming out. He and Carissa are also writing and recording the music for the drag racing show Arm Drop Live for the 2009 season. Jimmy has also recently recorded live with Jim Dandy, with Carissa Dawn, and Kathryn Bast. Jimmy Is also one of the founders of The American Guitar Institute in Bartlett and yes he does teach lessons on any skill level.
Hayden Frasier was educated at the university of Northern Texas and U of M majoring in jazz performance and another major in music education. Thats right, he is sick, the man has two degrees in music! He is the best period on drums, yet very humble. Dennis Chambers shakes in his boots when Hayden comes along! Hayden has been playing live on Beale street for many years with Blues legend Shug along with many jazz combos over a long period of time. He is also playing with Carissa Dawn
Scott Williams has been a professional bassist for 25 years. He
received an Associate of Arts in Italian Studies from the University of
La Verne, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island,
majoring in Italian with dual minors in Political Science and Economics,
and later earned a Master of Science in Financial Management and a
Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
Scott has toured with and led a wide variety of musical groups in
hundreds of performances in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Any, and or all of us are also always available for session work. We get it right and accurate the first time in any style! We are also a band for hire for anyone needing a completed band to back them up that has paying gigs and true heart. We don't play for those who suck unless they pay us very well and will leave our names out of it. lol
