i have now lost a total of 23 pounds since i started my diet.
yay, me!
now, only 17 to go until my driver's license isn't lying about my weight!!

i would just like to say that my atkin's dieting has been very successful, even though i have cheated a few times....

the marcus ampitheatre not the most fantastic place to see a band play.... the sound is just horrifying....
