One of, if not the greatest thrash bands to come out of Japan, Volcano are known for their unique mix of genres, combining 80's style thrash with technical neo-classical soloing, and blistering guitar work from the up-and-coming shredder She-Ja. Vocalist Nov just left the band recently though, which leaves Volcano's future up for question. While it may be a while before we see another Volcano release, enjoy their discography, which is some of the most unique thrash metal anywhere, let alone Japan.
