About Me

A lot has happened to me in the last year. I lost my uncle to cancer, and I left home to go through the navy pipeline. After all of that I am a stronger person, and I have a nice shiny badge to let everyone know that I am now a master-at-arms in the United States Navy. As a member of the military I am looking at a deployment to Iraq sometime soon. I can’t say that I’m looking forward to it, but “duty” has become more then a word to me, and I’m ready to do what I need to do when my country calls me. I have been training in the martial arts for the past two years now, and the training has become much more intense for me the closer I get too actually testing it in a combat zone. The martial arts, for me, are much more then learning how to fight. It represents a way to study life, and, through that study, improve the quality of life for my self and the people I care about. I’m trying to experience as many aspects of life as I can. So if you have anything you want to attempt let me know about it . . . I’ll probably be up for it.

My Interests

Saito Ninjitsu, tri:swim, bike, run, Paintballing (when im not so poor), Kayyaking, outrigger, sailing, bodyboarding, and some other activities. Some smart person reminded me i play the drums...im pretty good.

Music:

Ill listen to anything. only thing I can't stand is bad musicianship. Goes against all my years of training.

Movies:

you know, good ones...that and porn :-P

Books:

Too many to name. The Ender's series is great. Hyme before battle. Some Seal books: Good to go, Combat swimmer, etc.I Don't think ive ever read a book and considered it a waste of time.
