I attempted to become Mayor of Gothum City with the help of the city's mover and shaker, Max Shreck. He betrayed me, as well as my furry little friend Catwoman. But it's all just as well. I will have my revenge. When I retreated back to the sewers I was filled with more hate than ever before. I now sit on my throne surrounded by my clowns, plotting against the squealing, wretched, pinhead puppets of Gothum. They wouldn't put me on a pedastle, so I'm gonna lay em' on a SLAB!!!
