About Me

We were born with a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. This means that a portion of our cerebellum is underdeveloped. While this does not affect our intelligence, it does affect our balance and coordination. Some cats born with this condition can walk but just appear a bit clumsy. However, we are unable to stand on all fours without a little help. This doesn't mean that we aren't mobile though! We can move quite quickly from one side of the room to the other if we want to. We crawl around, wrestle with eachother, play, purr, eat and bask in the sun, just like other cats do.If you would like to read about other cats with our condition, there is a great website that we are not yet members of: www.chkittyclub.comPlease follow this link to watch a video on YouTube that features a cat with cerebellar hypoplasia: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJQG6V1MOVY
