Psytronix

PSYTRONIX is a loud, energetic and melodic band that you can recognize upon the first note being played, mixing sonorities from the darkest pop to the most mesmerizing groove.Founded in 1998 by Arno Cormann, Psytronix are claiming to be a persistent, tenacious and insightful band. In 2000, Psytronix released their first album, "Gone With The Time". The band is performing concerts and doing festivals to promote their album. In 2001, they enter the studios with a more precise idea of what Psytronix’s music should sound like. The second album, "Servilization”, recorded at Master Studio (Jannick Top, Jonathan Mover, Stuart Hamm, Rudy Roberts, 113) is released in 2002 by the label Musea, just like their first record. Psytronix then hits the road again, decided to conquer the French scene and notably appeared at the Paris Glaz’Art and opened for BLAZE (Iron Maiden ex-singer) at the Koslow. They also played in many rock festivals. Perpetually reflecting on their work and after an important lineup change, Psytronix finds themselves taking the road back to the studios again in 2004. This time, the band allows themselves to broaden their musical influences by including original elements and sonorities to their work. And so, five songs, constituting their new EP “Success Of Renewal?”, are recorded and came out in October 2005.

PSYTRONIX est un groupe de rock puissant, énergique, mélodique que l’on reconnait dès la première note, variant les sonorités allant de la Pop la plus sombre jusqu’au Groove le plus envoutant.Fondé en 1998 par Arno Cormann, PSYTRONIX s'affirme comme un groupe persévérant, opiniâtre et perspicace. En 2000, PSYTRONIX sort son 1er album "Gone with the time" enregistré au Amok Project de Limoges et mixé au Studio System. Le groupe enchaine les concerts et les festivals afin de promouvoir son album. Il rentre en studio en 2001 avec une idée plus précise de ce que doit être la musique de PSYTRONIX. Le 2ème album “Servilization”, enregistré au Master Studio (Jannick Top, Jonathan Mover, Stuart Hamm, Rudy Roberts, 113) sort en 2002 chez Musea tout comme le 1er album. PSYTRONIX repart alors sur la route, décidé à s’affirmer sur la scène française, et apparait notamment au Glaz’Art de Paris, au Koslow en première partie de BLAZE (ex-chanteur d’Iron Maiden), et dans de nombreux festivals rock. En perpétuelle réflexion sur sa musique et après un changement de line-up, PSYTRONIX reprend les chemins du studio en 2004. Cette fois-ci le groupe se permet d’ouvrir son champ musical en incluant des éléments et des sonorités inédites. Ainsi 5 titres, dans le cadre d’un maxi intitulé Success of a renewal ?, sont enregistrés et sortent en Septembre 2005.
