I am here for Friends

About Me

Lyrics

Well, I'd like to say that I'm pretty crafty, but that would be a complete and total lie. I am who I am, and that is about it. I tend to be pretty sarcastic; it's more of a lifestyle than a personality trait. I live for the moments and the comebacks. Oh, and I do truly believe that revenge is a dish best served cold. Well that is, when I am not busy being concerned about Karma.

For some reason I don't get along with most girls. I grew up with guys, I play guy sports, I hang out with guys, I act more guy than gal. Girls obsess over the most ridiculous of things. I don't deal with that drama, I create enough of my own.

My Interests

Lyrics I read, mainly native murder mysteries and horror novels. I write poetry, or at least I used to, slowly getting back into it. I listen to a lot of music, experiment with what I like, and constantly look for new bands to listen too. Yeh I'm also pretty much interested in dark evil things. So you can pretty much keep your so-called halo.

I'd like to meet:

Hmm...well... I don't know. I like meeting all types of different people. I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to my friends. But if I don't know you and you want me to add you, you better at least send me a message telling me why, Geez!

Well I guess I draw my line at the living dead. For one their e-mails are lousy, and two their constant moaning and trying to eat my brain gives me headaches.

Music:

Lyrics I like music. I have everything from Frank Sinatra to Megadeth. Something for every mood I guess. I am one of those people who listen to music for the better part of the day. I even listen to an mp3 player while I play hockey. I don't know what I'd do without music. If I had to pick a genre above all over it would be rock and roll. Oldies, recent, or alternative rock, I love and need them all. I just have too many favorite songs to list. Though right now I can't get enough of Love reign'oer me.

Movies:

Lyrics In no particular order
1. Wuthering Heights (original black and white)
2. LOTR Trilogy
3. The Crow
4. Army of Darkness
5. Kuffs
6. Killer Clowns from Outer Space
7. Pitch Black
8. Chronicles of Riddick
9. TNMT
10. Labrynth
11. Hellboy
12. Lost Boys
13. Sometimes They Come Back
14. Equilibrium
15. Lady in the Water
etc. etc. etc.

Television:

Lyrics So call me a nerd, I'm used to it:

1) CSI
2) Supernatural
3) Any Ghost type show they have on channel 27
4) Creepy Canada
5) Miami Ink
6) So you think you can dance
7) Project Runway
8) Kingdom Hospital the mini-series
9) Fame
10) Colour Confidential

I don't get a chance to watch that much television. But when I do, these tend to be the odd episode I catch.

Books:

LyricsMy eyes tend to devour pretty much anything by Simon Clark, Brian Lumley, Richard Matheson, James Herbert, Lawrence Block, or Tony Hillerman.

Though I have never been able to read anything that solely has a female lead. I just can't connect with the character.

Heroes:

Lyrics Is it odd that I don't really have any heroes? I tend to pull traits from individual people that I admire, or characteristics of people that I value and aspire to emulate. I look up to people, but pride myself strongly on being an individual. If I had to think of someone right now, just to put in this category, I'd pick.....

Hmmm...

Leonard Cohen..yep and...Dracula... yup definitely Dracula. But a hot Dracula.
