Influences: DJ Scratch one of the most slept on producers ever. Dr. Dre, Hi-Tek this dude is really the truth, the "Train of Thougt" LP , Classic. Ralphael Saadiq, one of the few bassists that's also a lead vocalists and writer. Knotts, Megahertz, PREMO one of the best everrr. Ayatollah, RZA definitely one of the greats of all time. Marley Marl, Pete Rock, L.E.S. I just love his beats he always comes correct on Nas' Albums. Mel Man that dude is serious, he blessed Eminem First Aftermath release. Neptunes, not necessarily because of their music even though they do have some joints that I do like, but more so for the way they got in the game and did their own thing with out waivering from what they do, same thing goes for Swizz Beats. Timberland, what can I say the dude's tracks are crazy. Mannifresh that dude got tracks for days man. Just Blaze probably the best out there right now. Kanye, basically because he helped me realize that you don't have to do no kind of work as a producer just find a hot sample and the people will love it. Because at the end of the day the average person that is listening to your music is not going to say "hey I like how you chopped up that record," or damn "Yo that cat A.Sesay really put in a lot of work to make that record hot." Not that I'm going to partake in speeding up soul samples and adding a little bassline here and a little drums there to all of my tracks. But it just opened my eyes to how the simplest things can still make Man enjoy life, and at the end of the day is that really all that bad? DJ Muggs, Alchemist, Havoc on the low has been making classics for years. Quincy Jones, this man has been doing this for decades, has more grammy's than any producer ever, and still is doing his thing. Anyone that can get 20 plus of the worlds biggest artists (can you imaginie all of those egos) together to do a song like "We Our the World" has got to have some serious respect. Think about it what producer do you know now that could get stars of that magnitude to record together? No One, I rest my case. Then to close this list of "influences" are the people that really helped me, and are still helping me to hone my craft, or just inspire me to work harder, man Tranqwild I wouldn't be half the producer I am if it wasn't for you dog, and that's just real talk. Olivier what up O-Dilla, you inspire me to work harder on my music because everytime I speak to you always seem to be either on somebody's hooks or creating some new music. Dog for real your the next one!!!
Sounds Like: What my heart, mind, body, and soul, would sound like, if they spoke in unison. Sounds like my interpretation of what music is.
