My names Rik... I moved to Maine in 2004 from the coast of Massachusetts. I walk and breathe music. I play percussion and have studied with Prof. Mike Mangini from Berklee School Of Music, and Dick Demers. I also play guitar, bass, keyboard and write. As a musician should, I try to play all styles of music such as funk, latin, brazillian, bluegrass, jazz, fusion, rock, progressive, afro-cuban and so forth. I only eat organic raw, living foods... That means nothing heated or processed. Correct, No cooking!! Take your food out of the fire!
