Céilí Mynogue

About Me

On the 2nd February 2007 Céilí Mynogue, the Queen of the céilí, had a party. The people came in droves to a place many had never been to. You might have been there. For those that weren't, it was a night to be remembered. We danced to Irish traditional music and were led with ease into new steps and routines. Some of us knew what we were doing, most of us didn't. But everyone gave it a go and we all had sore legs the day after to prove it. There was a folk-off that had to be seen to be believed and there was a mystery dancer who glided around the hall floor with the grace of a falling leaf. So, is Céilí going to have another party? Of course she is. The real question is 'Will you be there?'. The venue will still be The Electricity Club, the band will still be Juice and the fun will still be on tap.Folk-Off details to be confirmed. . . . . . ...
