About Me

After one listen to David Ask’s newly released album “Breakthrough,” you’ll realize how lucky the rest of us are that David kept his dream of a musical career alive. When David sings, you don’t just hear his voice—you feel it. Powerful and vulnerable at the same time, each note conveys the sincerity of an artist who has worked toward one goal his entire life—to use his talent to touch others. In “Breakthrough,” David incorporates his unique “popera” style into every song—using a perfect blend of classical and modern techniques to unveil an album that appeals to fans of all ages. Working with American Music Award producer John Pisciotta, David created an outstanding collection of songs that highlight his rich and crystalline voice. No stranger to the Nashville music scene, David has performed at the Schermerhorm Symphony Center with the Nashville Choir on multiple occasions, and is among a prestigious group of Choir members who were tapped to sing back-up on albums for superstars like The Reverend Billy Graham and music recording great Michael W. Smith. This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? using original artwork by Marah Johnson. Go get one!
