I was born in a small village in the north of Israel until i was 16, then one morning I opened my eyes and looked out of the window to see fields and open skies. In the end of those field's there was a column of ekaliptos (eucalyptus???) trees. The column led to the house of 'Iris'... at 16 I started to move, and actually I never stopped. At around 12 years old, my father gave me a camera - it was 'Olympus-pen' the kind that divides the film in 2, so instead of 36 pictures from each roll you would get 72 different frames. The next morning I went to take the picture of 'Iris' in a horse contest and ended up becoming a jockey. I raced in Israel championships a few times, but was mostly out in those fields riding my horse a few hours each day for many years. After my military service I went to Australia, bought a KLX-R bike and went travelling for about one year on top of my bike between Wallaby's river, kangaroo's and beaches. Then I ended up in New York City (the only city(!))... this happened after spending one year in South America and 8 months in Florida... I was only supposed to go to NYC for 4 days, but I saw the skyline of Manhatten and knew it would be different. I stayed in NYC for about 5 years, then I headed out to India on a "2 month" vacation... whilst there I bloomed in a way I had never done so before. 2 months turned into one year,... in barcelona I spent 4 year's, in which I started to travel between India in the winter and Europe in the summer. At the moment I am situated in Israel (why not..) I carried my camera with me all along, but about 10 months ago I decided to dedicate my life to art-photography. Photography is that what gives me the space to be who I am.
