R&B singing sensation CHOSEN burst onto the music scene in 2006 he was the typical 16 year old boy next door with a world of talent and dreams of taking his vocal and writing skills to the next level. His R&B roots began at an early age, influenced by some of the great artist of all time like Michael Jackson, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathaway and Usher. Born in Los Angeles California, CHOSEN the younger sibling of his older brother YOUNG MENACE grew up in the entertainment industry but showed no interest in the spotlight. However, behind the scenes he sung with his church choir, and began showing interest in the process of writing his own music20. After a teacher overheard him singing one of his compilations she suggested he join the school choir the director soon entered him into the local talent show. This was the beginning of many first place accomplishments, which soon lead to local showcases throughout the Los Angeles area, including performances with his bothers group BLOk Fam, and Showcases at the world renowned BB Kings Blues club at Universal Citywalk as well as Hollywood’s Music Academy in Hollywood California.After his parent’s relocated to the Dallas area, he continued to write his own music including his new single “EXIT” which features up and coming Dallas artist Duece Blaque.
