About Me

We're a two piece electro/acoustic band based in the gorgeous city of Manchester in the UK. We love to make music that make people smile. Theres nothing pretentious about us (hopefully) and thoroughly love doing what we do. We met at uni and have been jamming ever since until we decided to actually make it something proper. Fred has his own project, a beautiful acoustic set. And Liam has his electronic/triphop thing going on as Womb. So we crammed it together and made Diaspora. The name came out of odd circumstances. Fred moving away from home, and Liam losing his way more emotionally. So a word that summed up not being that we knew or understood (physically and emotionally) So if you dig us please let us know. We LOVE to hear any feedback/criticism. So we expect lots of comments and messages. Big love kids Liam & Fred.xPlease please please have a shufty at our lovely new album right here on sexy iTunes: ..
