...FROM NYC, where many bands many gigs keep me happy still in memory (thanks forever to keg-charged Feed the Herd Bootlegs, to The Eggmobile Company for the Nuyorican, to Random Folk for every single night at PaddyReilly's, to the Petersons and Gavin DeGraw for post 9/11 Joe's Pub, to Suffrajett for CBGBs, or just to Simi, to Moxy at Acme Underground for the infamous video casting gig, to the Slithy Toves for all those rehearsals... and to many others more successful at kicking me offstage)............................. TO LA, where the work is at (The Ohmies! : your favorite interactive-musical-for-kids!), and where the scene is so kind (Ben Thomas at Gengis Cohen, Rachel Kahn's Co-Lab at Temple Bar), and to the backyard parties of North Hollywood at the Jenses, so much more now to miss.................................. THEN BACK EAST, you know there is some kind of great convergence happening, and I couldn't miss it. While the whole country contracts in conservation, I'm ready to throw it all away for another ragin' bender. I literally have nothing to lose. Nothing but a great new super group featuring legends like Jesse Wallace, Steve T, Simmie S, Joe Thompson, Keith Witty, Laurie Miller, Sara Inbar, Josh Lunetta. Is that all?
