About Me

I'm a big baseball fan - Go Red Sox!!! I like sports in general, but baseball is my favorite hands down, followed by football (Patriots, of course). I went to college in Boston, so I could be close to my beloved Sox. ;-) I'm very family oriented, and I even live in my Grandmother's house. I've wanted to do that since I was little. I'm a fan of summer weather, because I love to swim in my parents pool. I enjoy boating too, and I hope I get on the lake a lot next summer, since it didn't happen this summer. Since I don't own a boat, that's not totally up to me though. LOL.

My Interests

Listening to music, watching TV, pets. I've gotten into making jewelry and some other crafty things, but not to the extent that I'd like to.

Music:

I like music in general, and I like many different kinds - easy listening, country, oldies, classical. Ska is kind of cool too. I LOVE Billy Joel. I'm also a fan of BareNaked Ladies, but I prefer their older stuff - not that their new stuff isn't good too. Celine Dion has a great voice, and Carrie Underwood is my favorite "new" artist. For the record, I picked her to win from the beginning.

Movies:

Well, FEVER PITCH for sure!!!! I also love A Few Good Men ("You can't handle the truth!"). Baby Boom and Nadia are faves from my youth.

Television:

Desperate Housewives, Prison Break, Bones, Friends, Seinfeld, Ghost Whisperer, and New Adventures of Old Christine (where is that now?). Men in Trees is probably my favorite show, so I'm glad it's back.

Books:

The Five People You Meet In Heaven is great. I didn't want that book to end! I also really love Peanuts and Crackerjack (of course). Such a Pretty Girl, was really good too.

Heroes:

People who don't let anything hold them back.
