The regular line-up comprises John Montesante, James Clark, Joe Ruberto, Mark Voogd & Jim Glasson, and features a variety of outstanding Jazz Vocalists or Instrumentalists. Whether performing at Festivals, or providing quality enjoyment and ambience for your Special Event, Venue, Wedding or Corporate Function, The JOHN MONTESANTE QUINTET provides unparalleled class in musical entertainment...! Influences: As John Montesante is a Trumpet & Flugel player, he has been influenced by the Bebop Masters and great Jazz Horn players & Saxophonists particularly — Clifford Brown, Miles Davis, Tom Harrell, Chet Baker, Dave Liebman, Randy Brecker, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, to name a few. Vocalists range from Mark Murphy to Frank Sinatra, from Nat King Cole to Billie Holliday, from Helen Merrill to Sarah Vaughan and many others. A diverse and interesting repertoire is the result.
