About Me

(in english):
This is Kid Vinil's band. Kid is a brazilian rock 'n' roll hero, with many classic songs recorded by his former band, Magazine (not to be confused with the UK new wave band fronted by Howard Devoto). "Tic Tic Nervoso", "Comeu" and "Sou Boy" were huge hits in Brazil. But Kid didn't rest on his laurels. He continued making music until today recording various albums under various guises. His last work was the reunited Magazine's second album, "Na Honestidade" released through the Trama label in 2002. Now he's working with his long time partner guitarrist Carlos Nishimiya plus new recruits JC Goes Rock on drums and Mauricio Guedesson (Mau) on bass. KVX play songs from all Kid Vinil's phases including new songs that will be the basis to a new work to be released in the near future.
