This is my story.
One day when I was about 6 months old I got lost or someone kicked me out. I am not really sure how this happened...but I was homeless! I had gotten all matted up with pokey things stuck in my fur in places I can't even mention and sores all over my skin. I was skinny and in pretty bad shape. All I remember was being picked up while I was bending over trying to get a pokey thing out of my foot. It scared me and it made one of the pokey things push into my stomach so I BIT down on that strangers hand till it bled! As it turns out, it was the lady who is now my MOM! She was taking me out of the street, which by the way I match in color almost completely. I would have been squished for sure! At first I thought she was terrible I bit her a lot. She took me home and very carefully clipped all the pokey things off and started putting this nice warm clay all over me. I saw posters and I think they were trying to find my first home, but no one claimed me. I realized that she was trying to help me so I stopped biting her. My skin healed and my fur grew back in no time. They sent me to another ladies house to live because the big dog that lived with them tried to eat me. But the lady couldn't keep me either because I chased her cat and my skin got all irritated so she brought me back. I guess they decided to keep me because I went to see the doctor and got fixed. After my surgery the big dog (Bowser) and I became the best of friends. I guess he felt sorry for me because I almost died on the operating table. Now I live in a nice house with people who take great care of me. My skin is really sensitive I get special food and I get Clay Spa Treatments once a week instead of shampoo baths (They make me itch). I am pretty spoiled. I guess my Mom and I were meant to be together because she launched a whole new company (WWW.KLAY-9.com)just to let other dogs get the special stuff she uses on me. She really makes it for people spas, but I think dogs need it more! I get to travel to dog parks all over the country, do photo shoots, meet celebrity dogs and even get to go on TV sometimes!
