Spencerobotix creates a unique style of dancefloor music. It ranges from deep house to experimental electro. He fuses together an eclectic mix in a seemless flow. Very few other d.j.s can compare to the technical skills and impeccable timing he holds over his mixes. Spencerobotix started playing the underground rave and club scene in 1995. His career started as a resident d.j. at the "El N Gee" club in New London, CT. Each week, he warmed up the crowd for headlining d.j.s like Cristian Vogal, Reade Truth, Prototype 909, Dutch, Venom, Stroboscopic, Denard Henry, Abe Duque, Joelectronik, and many others. More gigs followed in the New England/NYC area on the same bill with other world renowned d.j.s and recording artists like Joey Beltram, Frankie Bones, Heather Heart, Osheen, Pansonic, and many more. He relocated from Boston, MA to the big island of Hawaii in 2002. Since then, he has made an impact on the local dance music scene, performing at various venues on a regular basis. You'll find him bumpin the crowd with a beer in his hand and a crossfader in the other. He and Kyle "Maestro" Brown made history in the summer of 2003 with their radio show "in the cut". It was a live broadcast on 92.7 FM every Saturday night from 9pm to 1am. This was the first program in Hawaii to be broadcast for four hours without interuption or commercials. The show opened a mainstream audience to underground hiphop and techno/house. The show's end came when the station was sold and reformated. Since then, Aloha Interactive has managed to pull off several quality events in Hilo. They have allready imported New York City d.j.s : Rob Gee of Adam Recordings and D.J. Pauly (r.i.p.) of Sympty productions. A.I. plans on expanding it's fan base with musical education and positive vibes. SpenceRobotix continues to captivate his audience with each performance.
