My name is Rafael Velez. I am a cool person once you get to know me. I treat those how they treat me. I am a fair person. I been a lot in the street in New York I was born from there. My family is born in Puerto rico. I have a big scar in my head, got hit with a metal bat, and got two operations. It’s a miracle I am alive. That goes to show you I been through war in Brooklyn New York. Now I am in Florida in peace thank god lol and I like to have fun and I am a humble person I have respect, honesty, unity, knowledge and love and imp a straight up person. Imp not afraid what to say.
