Surfgirlz cafe is a new spot overlooking the ocean at the San Elijo camp grounds in Cardiff, California. The owner, a native of Encinetas recently returned home from living in Los Angeles for 15 years. Laurel succesfully ran and owned critically aclaimed restaurants, and is excited about this new venture.
