There are a bunch of geese who live down my street.
Geoff has a white necklace tracking him wherever he goes, he also has a wife, Monique, who has been sitting on her nest for about a month now. The eggs havent hatched. It's midnight right now and she's still sitting on them, waiting. She doesnt even move. I go to school and come back 7 hours later and Monique is still in the same exact position. That's what i call mad skillz.
Alf is another goose but he's the "lucky" bugger with the wife, Marge, who had his five little babies a few weeks ago. Alvin, Ashanti, Ashia, Aiden, and the one i always forget are the names of their chicks who constantly follow Marge around no matter what. Even when the hissing gets to be too much they still waddle behind her. Marge hisses like it's her job. Seriously.
They had their babies, Monique didnt.
It creates a bit of tension sometimes.
Claude is the loner goose who lives on the other side of the pond. Occasionally seen, he doesnt bother anyone.
Fighting for bread is a hobby among Geoff and Alf. They have wing fights. Not much of an example for his kids that Alfy. It's a shame.
Monique is still waiting.
Marge is still hissing.
Alf is still fighting.
Geoff is still being tracked.
Oh the life of the geese down my street.
It's pure entertainment.
