About Me

I'm working on my doctorate in Literary and Cultural Studies at Carnegie Mellon, which pretty much eats up a lot of time right now, but I love it. I am also teaching English 101, freshman writing. Authors I'm reading right now include Theodor Adorno, Walter Benjamin, Milton, and Warren Ellis. I have Star Wars and LotR memorized. I'm kind of shy, but lots of fun when you get to know me.

My Interests

British Romantic Lit, American Postmodern Lit, Milton, literary theory, comics, movies, running, writing, and sitting for endless hours in front of my computer.
