Isabelle Allende, "Eva Luna"; Martin Luther King Jr., "Why we can't Wait" (mandatory reading). Mostly anything by Salman Rushdie. Frank Bidart- Amazing poet. Then it all depends on the week, my mood, the time of year. Mostly political or latin lit, with a bit of detective drama in the summers. Although i am currently obsessed with anything about WWII.
