Born in Bakersfield, California. Jonathan Houseman Davis would record demos in his father’s studio for most of his teenage years. Later he would join a band called Sex Art, Which also included Ryan Shuck (the guitarist of the current band Orgy). Sex Art was performing in a club one night when at the time L.A.P.D. was also performing which had James Shaffer and Brian Welch (Munky and Head of Korn) saw Jonathan Davis singing, and asked him to join their band Creep. After Jon got the job they later became Korn.
All during this time Jon has appeared in some bands songs such as Human Waste Project, Video drone, Limp Bizkit, and many more. Also appeared in their and other bands videos.
Jonathan Davis also was the composer of the soundtrack for the movie “Queen Of The Damned.†Jon had a few singers from metal bands to sing for the songs he did for the soundtrack because of his contract with Sony.
Jonathan Davis has certainly made himself a busy and a popular man in the entertainment industry. We can all count on him to continue with his success and doing more for not just his fans but for others as well.
