My Interests

Probably missing some things here and there. Try and keep interested in a lot of things. Music is a pretty big one. Movies, books, comic books, travelling, history, drawing, painting, writing, putting things together, taking things apart. All I can think about at the moment.

I'd like to meet:

Myself 15 years from now so I can see how badly I screwed myself over. Colonel Saunders would do ok as well. I could really go for some chicken.

Music:

Curve, Nine Inch Nails, Skinny Puppy, OHGR, Tool, Pig, KMFDM, Vixtrola, Depeche Mode, Pop Will Eat Itself, Front 242, Einstürzende Neubauten, Frontline Assembly, Ministry, Violet Indiana, White Zombie/Rob Zombie, Voodou, Tweaker, Vast, The Pretenders/Chrissie Hind, Cowboy Junkies, Fear Factory, Testament, Helmet, Prong, U2, Sevendust, A Perfect Circle, 4 Non Blondes, Linda Perry, Throbbing Gristle, Blue Man Group, Nick Cave, Paul Simon, Susan Vega, Celldwellar/Circle of Dust, The Cure, Death In Vegas, Skunk Anansie, Mazzy Star/Hope Sandoval, Jesus & Mary Chain, David Bowie, Smashing Pumpkins, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Dio, Dream Theatre, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Tesla, Toad The Wet Sprocket, Chris Connelly, The Damage Manual, The Revolting Cocks, Pigface, The Kills, Shiny Toy Guns, The The, The Pixies, Kidney Thieves, Lacuna Coil, Sky Cries Mary, Lush, Corrosion of Conformity, Die Krupps, Drain STH, Excessive Force, Gitane Demone, Filter, Lydia Lunch, John Petrucci, Jane Jensen, INXS, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The KLF, Concrete Blonde, Mono, Marilyn Manson, Michael Schenker, REM, Midnight Oil, Sisters of Mercy, Christian Death, Fracture, Pink Floyd, PJ Harvey, Rammstein. I'm sure I'm missing a lot of bands, but I'm coming across new stuff to listen to all the time & I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, so I'm not very good with lists like these.

Movies:

Lawrence of Arabia, A Very Long Engagement, Scaramouche, The Adventures of Robin Hood, Captain Blood, Seahawk, Rashomon, Seven Samurai, Ran, Batman Begins, Lord of the Rings trilogy, So I married an Axe Murderer, Army of Darkness, Kingdom of Heaven, Ivanhoe, Blade Runner, Almost Famous, Dazed and Confused, Brotherhood of the Wolf, 13th Warrior, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Princess Bride, Mask of Zorro, Snatch, Formula 51, City of the Lost Children, Fight Club, The Prestige, The Wall, The Constant Gardener, Lord of War, Ben Hur, Gladiator, The Fifth Element, The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, Mirrormask, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Sky Captain, The Muppet Movie, Gone in 60 Seconds, Casablanca, The 3rd Man, The Game, The Maltese Falcon, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Children of Men, Pan's Labyrinth and many others that I can't think of at the moment.

Television:

Try not to watch too much. Heroes, Lost, Battlestar Galactica, House, Rome, Firefly, Band of Brothers, Robot Chicken & Invader Zim when it was on.

Books:

Alice in Wonderland, Behold the Man, Beowulf, Lord of the Rings, Calvin & Hobbes, Liberty Meadows, pretty much anything Neil Gaiman, Spider Robinson, some Michael Moorcock, HP Lovecraft, Jules Verne, Aurthur Conan Doyle, HG Welles, Robert E Howard, Alan Moore and Lewis Carroll. Same problem with this and music and movies. Too much stuff out there. Into literature in general with a lot of interest in history, fantasy and older horror.

Heroes:

"Be at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let every new year find you a better man." -Benjamin Franklin
