Dimestore Profit (Formerly known as Good For Nothing) is a Modern Alternative Rock Band based out of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania that delievers a high energy performance that showcases their own original music as well as a wide variety of cover songs from the 1970's until present. As of May 31st 2008, the band has released their second full-length album tiltled "When She Burns" and also has changed members due to conflicts of interest, but no hard feelings were left between band members, some have decided to pursue other careers and others have decided to continue pressing on with the group.Each member of "The New" Dimestore Profit comes from a very similar but slightly different musical background with influences such as Green Day, Weezer, Oasis, The Beatles, Blink 182, R.E.M., Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Godsmack, Staind and a wide variety of others helping the band to sucessfully entertain a crowd of music lovers of all kinds and yet still enjoy everything they perform.Dimestore Profit is will be participating in a number of exciting events in the coming months Including but not limited to: Radio Interviews and a Battle of The Bands that winners recieve free studio time and SUBMISSIONS TO MAJOR LABELS!!The band will be doing better thanever to keep fans informed of upcoming shows and events that they will be participating in.
