About Me

Well, I was born in brooklyn,NY. in the East Flatbush section. I was fortunate to have great parents, not everybody can be that fortunate I'm sorry to say. I was introduced to music at an early age of 8 years old by my dad, Angel. He busted his ass running a clothing store in Manhattan for a friend of his until ultimately he opened his own clothing store, also in Manhattan, that place was nice! But my dad had a great love for latin music, and he sang in some street corner Doo Wop groups. In his late teens, he told me in those times, every group of guys who sang doo wop music thought they were going to be the next big thing. DIDN'T HAPPEN! But he really enjoyed latin music and when he got his own clothing store, little by little, he would buy musical instruments and I would watch him play along to the music, and when he was at work, I was mimicing him and before I knew it, I was playing several instruments fairly well without a single lesson! and thats where the D.J. in me was born.

My Interests

I have the normal interests, movies,sports,movies about sports,cooking,hanging with the homies,all that good stuff. Then the darker side of me is interested in the paranormal, you know, U.F.O.'s,

ghost hunting and all that weird stuff that cant be explained logically.

I'd like to meet:

Living in New York and working in Manhattan, I got to meet so many interesting people, including celebrities, and I always say that everyone you meet plays some sort part in your life doesn't matter if its big or small, positive or negative. But if you asked me who I would like to meet one day, I would definitely say Mrs. Right. I thought I met her already a couple of times but life does that to you sometimes.

Music:

I grew up in the disco era but I love the whole hip hop culture and I was very fortunate to grow up and watch it from the beginning, when the seeds were planted, to today, into the billion dollar industry it is now. I also love old school freestyle music of the 80's and early 90's! Living in NY. Everyone listened to freestyle! I like house too, and enjoy spinning some of the more rythmic cuts and some trance as well as breaks too.

Movies:

My favorite movies are Deer Hunter, Saving Private Ryan, Full Metal Jacket, Forrest Gump, to name a few. I also like the blood and guts movies and I'm a huge horror fan! Everyone should be scared A little.

Television:

Dont really get tot watch T.V. alot but when I do, I like ghosthunters on Sci FI channel, or Celebrity Paranormal Project on VH1. That 70's show, thats about it.

Books:

dont get to read much, sorry.

Heroes:

My Mom And Pop, my sister Cathy, who has been through some rough times in her life and has overcome many obstacles to become the great and most beatiful and most charitable person in the world, I love her and anyone that meets her doesn't even know that they probably just met one of the greatest persons on the planet. My brother Dave as well, another great person who has taught me to be strong in the face of adversity. Jesus Christ is also my hero, If some people could only realize what he did for us and take the time to reflect on it, it might truly make you a better person. I hope he forgives me for not going to church regularly. But I'm grateful every day.
