Philip Shelley is a songwriter who has been in bands since his early teens, including The Student Teachers, Pianosaurus, The Nightmares, The Lockhorns, Philip Shelley and his Amazing All-Girl Band and The Devastationalists.
He also gave Leah one guitar lesson in 2002.
His current obsession is compiling "The Devastationalist Manifesto."

Band Members: Half these songs are newer Garageband demos recorded in my living room on Madison Ave. and the other half -- the band songs -- are The Lockhorns "Sober Sessions," recorded by a guy from Georgia called Ed Bair who had a little studio in a basement on Ludlow St. It was me singing & playing guitar, Tex Lyon on guitar, Joe Katz on bass and Steve Dansiger on drums. Will Dial harmonizes throughout, and Bob DuCharme plays the guitar solo on "I Want You Around." "The End of the World" was written by Arthur Kent and Sylvia Dee.
