About Me

I'm a hip hop/rap producer and DJ from southern cali (moreno valley). I've DJ'd at a couple underground hip hop shows with 2mex, LA Symphony, Writer's Block, etc. starting when I was 17. I've been making beats since 2001, and I've been DJ'ing off and on since 2000. I'm a member of the Needlebreakerz DJ Squad for Wu-Tang Latino Records and I was the main soundtrack producer and official DJ for THE CIPHER SHOW (on WB/UPN). I'm mostly a hip hop/rap DJ but i also like to spin funk, 80s, rock, anything you can dance to. i like to be a little different, i don't like to play the same songs every other DJ plays. I do other things besides music, like graphics and web design, video editing, etc. I guess you can say i'm a "myspace assistant" and/or profile designer for Kendra Wilkinson, Bridget Marquardt, and Holly Madison (from "The Girls Next Door"), Shanna Moakler (from "Meet the Barkers"), playmate of the year 2007 Sara Jean Underwood, playmates Destiny Davis, Monica Leigh, Courtney Culkin, and pornstar Kate Frost.
Random facts about me:
REX is my real name. it means "King" in Latin. some people call me "sexy rexy". lol
I'm mexican, not white or asian or filipino lol.
I've been a vegetarian for 7 years, which means i dont eat animals and probably never will.
G-Unit Records contacted me about getting some beats for the "Get Rich or Die Tryin" movie soundtrack but i got the message too late and missed the deadline.
I am a "researcher" for the University of California Riverside.
I used to be totally punked out for about 3 years.
I appeared in a commercial for THE CIPHER SHOW but only for a second.
