About Me

Free MySpace Layouts by Iron Spider

C'est moi...PNG-born, Australian grown...just island-hopping, really!
MUSIC...love anything from harmonious two-part toons; enjoy singing jazz, soul, R&B, funk, to over-the-top operatic arias - or complex rhythm, scintillating harmony, bent arrangements, or extraordinary orchestration ["layer upon layer upon layer"] - any music that's done with finesse and a spoonful of soul.
Adore South American music, Celtic, Romanian to Russian rhapsody, African beats, French cafe crooners, Portuguese fado-stylists, orchestrators & arrangers from anywhere, tragic opera (I mean the tragedies!) and any stylish and eclectic fusion.
Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts (Winston Churchill).

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

a whole host of people, from musicians to mountaineers, scientists/physicists to inventors, designers to billionaires, historians to head-of-states, artists and architects to engineers, horse-trainers to vignerons, even some past (passed on) and imaginary or folkloric figures..

Check this out! Jon Faddis (my fave living trumpet/flugel man today), Harry Kim and Pete Nater on fire at Sydney Festival earlier this year. Haven't forgotten that night yet...so excited to find this clip on Pete's myspace!!!
