Chris Durán

__Born May 25, So that makes Chris Durán a gemini! It all started back in 1998 when Chris was discovered by famed latin record producer Roberto Livi while participating in a talent casting in Madrid. After moving to Miami in 1998 Chris's 1st self-titled debut album which was produced by Roberto was released on Polygram Records. It featured the singles "Te Perdi", "Baila, Baila, Baila," and "Cuando Hay Pasion" The album had modest sales. The song "Cuando Hay Pasion" went to be featured in a novela aka spanish soap opera. Chris has also been featured on several latin television shows such as Sábado Gigante, Control, Onda Max, Sábado sensacional, Cristina, Primer Impacto, Edición Especial, Al Fin de Semana, etc. Chris then followed the self-titled LP with "Why" which features the singles "Esmeralda", Perfume De Mujer" & the title track. All songs on this release showcased Duran's talent as a vocalist & also as a songwriter on a few tracks. With a new spiritual direction in life Chris's music legacy also includes the gospel/spiritual release "Reverencia" which features "Se Eu Pudesse Imaginar" (I Can Only Imagine) "Shekinah", "Toda Terra" amoung other great recordings. Chris has toured successfully in alot of parts of the world such as Brasil & in parts of the US. The future looks bright. So there's alot more to come!!!
