Welcome to STILLPOINT Sound, my name is Brad McCarthy. I’m a producer, engineer, programmer, guitarist and singer/songwriter. I own and operate a recording studio out of my home in Brockton MA. I have been playing guitar since 1985 and began songwriting and recording not long after. As my interest in music grew more serious I decided to pursue a degree in music production and engineering from Berklee College of Music. After graduating in 1994, I honed my skills by working in various Boston area studios. Recently I’ve worked with artists such as Feels Like July, Timeless, Snakes In Suits, Stop Switch and Static Of The Gods. The mission of STILLPOINT is to work closely with the artist to provide high-end studio quality on a project studio budget.
