About Me

I am mid-Michigan's newest professional live theatre located in downtown Williamston. I was founded in 2004 by four theatre professionals (John Lepard, Tony Caselli, Chris Purchis & Emily Sutton-Smith) whose goal is to create moving, entertaining, professional theatre for and about this part of the country.

My doors opened in January 2006 with a series of Staged Readings & Open Houses and, after 5 months of turning the building into a theatre, we produced our first production, the Midwest premiere of "Additional Particulars" by Ed Simpson.

We believe that theatre should be accessible and affordable to everyone, whether they live in a large city or a small town. We believe that theatre can enrich our lives and make a positive difference in our community, both culturally and economically.
