..Hi! My name is Melissa! I live in Richmond, KY with my husband, Shawn, and my two boys, Chris and Nick. We are very busy but happy family. Shawn is a truck driver, but thank goodness he is home every night. At one time, he was only home for 2 or 3 days a MONTH! That was awful! Now, he just works really long hours, and usually pulls about 80 hours a week.
Me? Well, I used to be an office manager for an attorney. Before that, I did payroll for a large factory. I have a college degree and love paperwork. Now? I am a school bus driver and a dog bather at my mom's dog grooming shop. You see, when I got pregnant with Nick, I knew that daycare was going to cost a lot. I never imagined that it would be over $200 a week though! So, it just wasn't going to pay me to work and pay daycare. So, I went to work with my mom in her dog grooming shop and brought the kids along. When Nick got too old for us to handle while working, I lucked up and found a wonderful, cheap babysitter. Then business slowed down, and I was back to making next to nothing. So, I began driving a school bus!
We both work so many hours and barely make ends meet. I knew that there had to be something out there that would help us to reach our dreams and goals.
Well, Guess What! I did! I found Scent-Sations! This company is wonderful, my Team is amazing, and the products, gourmet scented candles, are out of this world!
